About Halo Flyte Bungy Fitness

What is Flyte Fitness?

Flyte Fitness is a low impact, bungee based workout that combines strength training, cardio and functional movement with the feeling of effortless lift. Using a supportive harness and resistance cords, your body becomes lighter, allowing you to jump, float and move with ease while reducing pressure on your joints. Its a fun, safe and accessible way to build strength, improve balance and boost confidence, no matter your fitness level.

Halo Flyte Fitness

Is it safe?

Yes! All equipment is commercial grade and designed for safety. Instructors are trained to guide you through every movement, and classes begin with a short safety introduction. 

Is there a weight limit?

Bungy studios set a weight range for equipment safety. 
Our current equipment supports 40kg - 110kg. 

What should I bring?

Wear fitted workout clothes preferably leggings or long shorts. For footwear, non-slip socks only, no shoes allowed.  Bring water and a positive attitude!

Do I need experience or a certain fitness level?

No experience needed. Classes are beginner friendly, and movements can be modified for all fitness levels. 

Can I take a Flyte class while pregnant?

Due to the nature of the movements and harness placement, flyte fitness is not recommended during pregnancy. 

How do I book a class?

All classes can be booked directly through our Book Now page. Spots fill up fast, so advanced booking is recommended!
